These terms govern your use of Unified Inbox ("the Service"), operated by Aventus Informatics. By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Unified Inbox lets you connect Instagram, Facebook, Gmail and Telegram accounts you control, and read and reply to messages in one place.

Your account and connected channels

• You must have the right to connect each account you add.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• You must follow the rules of each provider (Google, Meta, Telegram), including their messaging policies and, for Instagram and Facebook, the 24-hour reply window.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send spam or unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages, to access accounts you do not own, to interfere with or overload the Service, or to break any law.

Your content

Your messages remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Service depends on Google, Meta and Telegram. We are not responsible for their outages, API changes, or decisions to limit or suspend your accounts.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of significant changes.

Termination

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend access if you break these terms or put the Service or others at risk.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Aventus Informatics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses beyond the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered location have jurisdiction.
