Unified Inbox is a customer-messaging app for businesses. It brings your Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Gmail and Telegram conversations into one inbox, so your team can read, search and reply from a single place instead of switching between apps.
When you choose to connect Gmail, Unified Inbox asks Google for permission to read your mail and to send mail you write. It uses that access only to show your conversations in the inbox, to search them, to apply your own actions (archive, star, mark as read) and to send the replies you compose. It does not sell your data, show ads, or use it to train AI models.
Unified Inbox's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
